Combining the grandeur of a country house and the rustic charm of a delightful barn location, this stunning venue offers the best of both worlds for your special day.
The country house is exquisite; dating back to the 18th Century and with a royal history, it exudes character and charm, but has also been lovingly restored by an Italian architect and is filled with modern touches.
With its sand-coloured natural stone, the house is striking and instantly inviting. Breathtakingly pretty, it provides a fantastic backdrop for wedding photographs.
Internally the décor of the property reflects its rich heritage, incorporating warm colours, such as terracotta and berries, with elegant cream, beige and gold.
The Bridal Suite is impressive with a large Emperor sized bed, a dressing room and marbled bathroom. It really is a fantastic space to get ready.
The grounds are glorious with extensive manicured lawns, a traditional courtyard, a romantic walled garden, a swimming pool and even a delightful little woodland.
Within the estate are three barns however you will have sole use of the venue, exclusive use for the whole day and you can choose how to use the barns.
The Verona barn and Venice barn are both licensed for Civil Ceremonies and we also have 3 areas outside where ceremonies can take place.....it's all down to your preference.
With its exposed brickwork and timber beams the Verona Barn is a very pretty area for Ceremonies for 20 - 60 guests. The Verona barn is next to our beautiful orangery, known as the "Galleria".
The Venice barn is an elegantly styled barn, with a vaulted ceiling and character forming beams. Crisp white drapes flow from the ceiling, over the beams to the floor, while delicate strings of fairy lights and crystal drop chandeliers add sophistication. All of this is included at no extra charge.
The Florence barn is spacious and sophisticated and easily able to accomodate over 100 guests for a delicous meal. It is contemporary in style and boasts a glass balcony overlooking the dance floor, allowing guests a dedicated area to relax and enjoy the evenings entertainment. A place to sit and talk and enjoy some drinks.
Floor to ceiling white drapes can be added, along with architectural lighting and a fairy lit backdrop behind the Top Table.
The Florence and Venice barn join to create one large space that can seat 200 guests for a meal.
Alternatively, for large affairs, a marquee can be erected on the grounds. The beauty of the marquee is that it can be tailored to suit any theme and budget.
You may think marquee's are expensive options but here at Brampton Grange marquees can be placed on our tennis court, which has a path leading directly to it. You also only need a prep kitchen as you'll be able to use the main venue kitchen. Not only that, but you'll have access to the venue toilets. These all add up to make a marquee a much more affordable option.
What makes Brampton Grange so great for weddings celebrations is the chaing period property, compromising of eight luxury en suite bedrooms within the house and three converted cottages, offering accommodation for a total of 21 guests.
With a spacious sitting room, separate TV room, conservatory and dining room, guests can really relax at Brampton Grange.
The venue can accommodate up to 200 - 220 guests for a sit down meal and up to around 300 evening guests.
With clever use of the three available barns, we can, and often do, accommodate smaller weddings, usually in our more intimate "Verona Barn", a popular choice due to the exposed brickwork and timber beams.
Unlike many wedding venues in Northampton, Brampton Grange is quite unique due to the fact that no seating needs to be removed to create a dancefloor, there is an area dedicated to dancing. There is also a glass balcony where guests not so fond of dancing can watch the party below.
